Through our Wellness and Outreach program, we provide:

Geographic visits and meet-ups to foster community with our students

Continued support with financial aid, housing, medical, and other urgent expenses through our Barrier Breakers® Emergency Fund

Study resources, support, and thoughtful notes during exams and holidays—small gestures that remind them they’re not alone in their journey.

Over the last few years, we have found that our first-generation students need more than just an acceptance, they need a guiding hand to graduate and land a job after school. We have mentored our students when they need help with managing finances, finding study resources, getting accommodations and medical care, finding housing, paying for books, and generally having the confidence to succeed.
